Conor Brennan

Associate Attorney

Conor Brennan is a dedicated advocate who combines a passion for helping people with a deep understanding of the legal system. Growing up, Conor witnessed friends and family struggle to navigate the legal system due to financial barriers. This inspired him to pursue a legal career, with a focus on personal injury law, where he could provide individuals with the access to justice they deserve. Conor takes pride in representing real people facing real problems and has a particular passion for litigation, which was solidified during Baylor Law School’s renowned Practice Court Program.

Before joining Zinda Law Group, Conor gained valuable experience through internships with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office – Appellate Division and the Honorable Marcia A. Crone in the Eastern District of Texas. During these internships, he honed his legal research, writing, and analytical skills, understanding the critical role of precise and persuasive writing in achieving successful outcomes for clients. Additionally, Conor’s time as a high school baseball coach instilled in him the importance of teamwork, communication, and trust—qualities he brings to his work with clients and colleagues every day.

Conor’s practice focuses on car and trucking accidents, as well as dog bite cases. He is committed to working collaboratively with clients, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to achieve the best possible results, always emphasizing open communication and mutual trust.

Conor earned his juris doctorate from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a Technical Editor for the Baylor Law Review and a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. He competed in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition and the Transatlantic Negotiation Competition, experiences that sharpened his advocacy and negotiation skills. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Coastal Carolina University, where he served as a department tutor specializing in logic.

Licensed in Texas, Conor is based in Zinda Law Group’s Austin office and plans to expand his practice to Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico in the future.

Outside of work, Conor enjoys exploring Austin with his partner, Samantha, and their dog, Hogarth. You might find them walking in Downtown Austin, relaxing at Zilker Park, or trying out a new restaurant. A former baseball player who participated in the 2015 Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities World Series, Conor continues to enjoy sports, spending weekends playing softball, golfing, or watching college football—always cheering on his Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
