Renee Franchi
Renee Franchi is a Lead Trial Lawyer at Zinda Law Group, working out of the Denver office. Renee’s journey to law began with uncertainty about her future career path, but she found her passion in personal injury law and advocating for survivors of violent crime. Before joining Zinda Law Group, she worked at a boutique personal injury firm specializing in institutional sexual abuse, bullying-suicide cases, and representing survivors of human trafficking. She has also served as a Senior Deputy Prosecutor, handling major crimes such as homicides, aggravated assaults, and complex financial crimes.
At Zinda Law Group, Renee continues her advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse, human trafficking, and violent crimes. Her practice also includes representing clients involved in 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle accidents, car crashes, premises liabilities, catastrophic injuries, dog bites, and wrongful death cases. Renee’s dedication to seeking justice for vulnerable populations is a driving force in her legal career.
Renee earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she participated in the Health Law Clinic and played ice hockey on a nationally competitive women’s team. She completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University, majoring in biology. She is licensed to practice in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Maryland, including their federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States, with plans to expand her licensure to Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Outside of work, Renee is a lifelong athlete, actively participating in equestrian show jumping, ice hockey, running, weightlifting, and golf. Living in Colorado, she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, skiing, and paddle boarding. Renee is also deeply involved in several anti-human trafficking organizations and frequently speaks on the challenges of representing survivors of labor and sex trafficking, especially within rural and insular communities.
